About the role
As the Head of Product Growth you will build the engine that powers Butter’s scalable growth, working closely with design and engineering to improve activation, retention and monetisation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and instrument the core “aha” moment and identify friction in onboarding and core workflows.
- Run structured experiments weekly, partner with design and engineering to ship improvements, and analyse cohorts and behavioural segments.
- Own onboarding, activation, invite loops, churn diagnostics and the experimentation roadmap.
- Model LTV, help set CAC guardrails and build a growth roadmap based on constraints.
Required profile
- 5+ years of growth experience at a product‑led company, with a track record of improving retention.
- Strong data‑driven mindset, comfortable influencing product decisions and moving quickly.
- Clear thinker who embraces experimentation and learns from failure.
