Head of Operations & Supply Chain (Luxury Retail)

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee all U.S. operations and supply chain for a fast‑growing luxury retailer. Reporting directly to executive management, you will shape scalable processes that support boutique, wholesale and e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead U.S. operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory, customer service and fulfillment.
• Develop inventory strategies for retail stores, wholesale accounts and e‑commerce.
• Manage forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning and product allocation.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation, distribution and third‑party logistics partners.
• Ensure import/export compliance, customs documentation and broker management.
• Direct customer service and order management for wholesale and direct‑to‑consumer channels.
• Supervise repair and after‑sales operations to deliver a premium customer experience.
• Support inventory planning for boutique openings, product launches, VIP events and special projects.
• Build KPIs, improve operational performance and implement scalable processes.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of eight operations professionals while partnering with global leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory, distribution or fulfillment.
• Luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage inventory across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels.
• Strong background in warehouse operations, transportation, customs, imports/exports and 3PL management.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• ERP experience with strong Excel skills; CEGID or M3 experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
