Head of Operations

About the role

David Energy is scaling its clean‑energy platform and needs a senior leader to own and expand field operations, hardware implementation, enrollment, billing, and customer support. Reporting to the COO, the Head of Operations will build the operational foundation that enables rapid, reliable deployment of batteries and thermostats for commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end enrollment and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and robust controls.
• Lead field operations and hardware implementation, creating playbooks, standards, and deployment workflows.
• Manage installers, hardware vendors, and field service partners, enforcing SLAs and performance metrics.
• Oversee battery and thermostat procurement and supply‑chain management.
• Direct customer support operations, handling escalations and maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to design scalable, audit‑ready systems.
