Head of Marketing (B2B)

About the role

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Marketing (B2B) to build and lead a high‑performing marketing organization that drives pipeline, revenue and ARR growth. Reporting to the CRO, you will set strategy, staff the team and create an operating rhythm that turns marketing investment into measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the B2B marketing strategy, owning pipeline generation, conversion and ARR targets.
• Assess, hire, and coach a cohesive marketing team, establishing clear ownership and accountability.
• Develop integrated multi‑touch campaigns, nurture programs and strategic account growth initiatives.
• Own brand, website, SEO/AEO, events and field marketing to connect directly to revenue outcomes.
• Build measurement frameworks around pipeline, conversion and revenue, partnering with product, data science and revenue operations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech or similar technical enterprise software.
• Proven track record leading and scaling marketing teams, with a direct, accountable leadership style.
• Demonstrated success building pipeline programs that deliver meaningful revenue and ARR.
• Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales and executive stakeholders.
