Head of Implementations

About the role

Campfire is an AI‑native ERP platform serving high‑growth mid‑market companies. We are looking for a Head of Implementations to own and scale the customer onboarding function, ensuring new customers go live quickly and successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Implementation Managers, set performance standards, and create clear career paths.
• Own the end‑to‑end implementation methodology—including kickoff, configuration, data migration, training, go‑live, and handoff to Customer Success.
• Partner with Sales on pre‑sales scoping and with Product/Engineering to feed field insights into the roadmap.
• Track and improve implementation KPIs such as time‑to‑live, CSAT, on‑time delivery, and team utilization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP implementation with a client‑facing focus.
• Proven track record of building and managing implementation or solutions teams in a high‑growth environment.
• Deep accounting knowledge able to advise CFOs and Controllers on chart of accounts, close processes, revenue recognition, and data migration.
• Strong project‑management instincts and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Data migration and revenue‑recognition implementation expertise.
