Head of Human Resources

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on leader to build the people infrastructure that will enable High Scale to scale efficiently while preserving a high‑performance culture. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will shape HR strategy, processes and performance systems for a fast‑growing video‑advertising agency.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate current HR operations and design scalable policies, SOPs and workflows across the employee lifecycle.
• Implement HR systems and automation tools to reduce administrative load and improve efficiency.
• Design and roll out performance‑management frameworks that link individual KPIs to company objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning, establishing recruiting KPIs and strengthening employer branding.
• Develop employee‑engagement and retention programs, including career‑progression pathways and feedback mechanisms.
• Partner with leadership to design organizational structures, succession plans and change‑management initiatives.
• Create HR dashboards and reporting to translate workforce data into actionable business strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of building HR infrastructure in high‑growth or professional‑services environments.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to solve operational challenges.
• Strong communicator comfortable influencing executives, managers and employees.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
