Head of Global Expansion

About the role

You will own the data scaling effort end‑to‑end and lead a planet‑scale data collection initiative. The role requires an aggressive, hungry, and deeply determined mindset to drive rapid market entry worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate regions and decide on new markets for scaling.
• Execute launch strategy independently, building local sales teams, running meta ads or UGC, sending mass cold outbounds, and establishing partnerships with local businessmen and politicians.
• Travel in‑country to accelerate progress, even without speaking the local language.
• Hire regional leads, design incentive structures, resolve regulatory complications, and ensure reliable data flow.
• Repeat the expansion motion across the globe as fast as physically possible.
• Continuously question and innovate every aspect of data scaling to accelerate the company.

Required profile

• Aggressive, hungry, and deeply determined mindset.
• Ability to work independently, travel internationally, and operate in environments where you may not speak the local language.
