About the role
The Head of Fraud Intelligence will transform SentiLink's Fraud Intelligence Team (FIT) into a high‑impact function that delivers high‑quality fraud labeling, actionable intelligence, and measurable business impact. This senior leader will set performance standards, implement scalable processes, and build strong cross‑functional partnerships across Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM and other teams.
Key responsibilities
- Establish performance baselines and operational metrics for labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency and downstream impact.
- Design and implement scalable quality‑assurance processes, including sampling, review frameworks and feedback loops.
- Reimagine FIT’s operating model, workflows, tooling and team structure to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Build an entry‑level talent program with hiring profiles, onboarding, training and career pathways for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
- Develop measurement frameworks that link FIT activities to fraud‑prevention outcomes such as model improvements and customer impact.
- Serve as a trusted fraud subject‑matter expert, influencing product and engineering decisions.
- Leverage AI, automation and process‑optimization to boost productivity and focus the team on high‑value intelligence work.
Required profile
- 8+ years in fraud operations, intelligence, risk management or related fields with significant people‑leadership experience.
- 4+ years managing teams of fraud analysts and delivering high‑volume, quality‑sensitive workflows.
- Proven ability to design and improve processes, operating models and performance measurement frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and experience working with product, engineering and data‑science teams.
- Track record of developing early‑career talent and creating internal mobility pathways.
