Head of Clinical Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Clinical Partnerships to own our provider data network end‑to‑end, bringing new specialty practices into the network, launching them, and turning each partner into a long‑term advocate. This founding‑team position works directly with the CEO and focuses on physicians and practice groups.

Key responsibilities

• Source, pitch and sign new specialty practices and physician networks, building repeatable playbooks for each specialty.
• Lead implementation from contract signature to live status, coordinating data agreements, EHR integration and internal teams to shorten onboarding time.
• Conduct recurring check‑ins, clinical reviews and deliver dashboards to drive engagement and retention.
• Manage provider economics, including revenue‑share reporting and payments.
• Coordinate legal workstreams for data partnership agreements and BAAs, keeping contracting timelines short.
• Represent providers internally, shaping product and roadmap decisions based on practice needs.

Required profile

• 6+ years in provider‑facing roles such as physician network development, MSO operations, value‑based care partnerships or health data network growth.
• Proven track record of signing and managing partnerships with independent physician practices and provider groups.
• Strong project‑management ability to run multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Comfort navigating healthcare data concepts, including EHRs, de‑identification, HIPAA and BAAs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to travel to partner sites and conferences.
