Hardware & Systems Engineering Work Products Contributor

About the role

We are looking for experienced hardware and systems engineers in Texas to monetize existing engineering project artifacts. Your genuine requirements and final design documents will be used to evaluate and train frontier AI models. The work is fully remote, flexible, and paid per submission.

Key responsibilities

• Submit two authentic artifacts from the same project: a requirements document and a final design document.
• Ensure both artifacts are genuine deliverables, not created or rewritten for this submission.
• Redact any identifying information (company names, customer names, personnel, proprietary part numbers) and note redactions in the metadata.
• Package the artifacts into a single .zip file following the required folder structure.
• Populate all required metadata fields accurately and confirm you have the legal right to share the material.

Required profile

• Practicing or former hardware or systems engineer with real project experience.
• Discipline in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, materials, chemical, civil, controls, manufacturing, or systems engineering (software‑only projects do not qualify).
• Possess existing project artifacts that you are legally allowed to share (no active NDA, ITAR, or EAR restrictions).
• Strong written English skills for accurate metadata and submission.
