Industrial Maintenance Technician – Nights

About the role

The Industrial Maintenance Technician – Nights ensures reliable operation of the conveyor system and other mechanical equipment during the night shift. This full‑time position works Monday‑Thursday from 5 pm until finish, guaranteeing a 40‑hour week.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems, AS/RS systems, cranes, VFDs, gearboxes, and belts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components such as programmable controllers, transformers, and machinery wiring.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults in motors, transformers, lighting, and other equipment.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material‑handling equipment for routine maintenance.
• Carry out general building maintenance including plumbing, painting, and lighting.
• Install new machinery, including power‑supply wiring and conduit.
• Coordinate or perform other maintenance tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of building or industrial maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of conveyor systems.
• Comfortable working at heights, in extreme heat, and around moving mechanical parts.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
