GTM Recruiter – New York

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our growing People & Talent team. You will be our first recruiter based in New York and will partner closely with Sales leaders to help build and scale our GTM organization. You will primarily hire for Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Sales Development Representatives, owning the full recruiting process from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for GTM roles, mainly AEs, SCs, and SDRs.
• Partner with Sales leaders to understand hiring needs, profiles, and priorities.
• Build strong pipelines through hands‑on sourcing and outbound recruiting.
• Manage the full candidate process, including screening, interview scheduling, communication, references, and offers.
• Ensure a fast, high‑quality candidate experience and keep candidates moving through the interview process.
• Develop talent maps and identify strong candidates before roles open.
• Help hiring managers make thoughtful and rapid hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and proactively flag gaps.
• Improve recruiting processes as the company scales.
• Represent Campfire and its culture throughout the candidate experience.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting for GTM and Sales roles, such as AEs, SDRs, or Solutions Consultants.
• Background in a fast‑growing startup or similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines from scratch.
• Capacity to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously while moving quickly.
• Comfort owning details from candidate discovery to interview scheduling and offer closure.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with a high level of ownership.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Enthusiasm for hands‑on work and helping build the recruiting function as the company grows.
