GTM Ops Manager – Quote to Cash

About the role

Claylabs is building AI‑driven revenue platforms that power the go‑to‑market engine for fast‑growing tech companies. As the GTM Ops Manager for Quote‑to‑Cash, you will own the end‑to‑end sales compensation process and shape the systems that turn closed deals into paid commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full sales compensation lifecycle – from plan design and logic to payouts and analytics.
• Advise Sales and Finance leadership on forecasting, accelerators, SPIFFs, RoEs and policy exceptions.
• Build AI agents that automate contract review, compensation inquiries, invoice reconciliation and anomaly detection within the Opportunity‑to‑Order flow.
• Partner with Finance on accruals, month‑end close and revenue recognition for the consumption‑based model.
• Own everything that happens between a deal being closed and the sales rep receiving payment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Quote‑to‑Cash, preferably at a SaaS or technology consulting firm.
• AI‑native instincts – you think of building an autonomous agent before filing a support ticket.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce, including complex data models and automation.
• Low ego, high ownership mindset with a collaborative approach.
