GTM Engineer - AI Systems

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a GTM Engineer (Go-To-Market Engineer) for a client, an AI-first GTM systems company founded by experienced revenue leaders. The client builds automated revenue engines that turn market signals into qualified pipeline using AI agents, workflow automation and data infrastructure, serving high-growth companies scaling from $1M to $100M+ ARR. The role is full-time, independent contractor, US timezone, fully remote, and focuses on building, launching and optimizing outbound campaigns for SaaS clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch outbound campaigns using Clay, SmartLead, HeyReach and automation tools
• Use Claude (AI) to generate, test and optimize outbound messaging at scale
• Turn real-time buying signals into targeted prospecting workflows
• Build automated GTM systems with tools such as n8n and APIs
• Test, iterate and optimize sequences for conversion, and track performance through CRM attribution

Required profile

• Proven experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering or outbound infrastructure roles
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, APIs, Zapier)
• Familiarity with the modern outbound stack (SmartLead, HeyReach, etc.)
• Experience in B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems
• Prior experience in a startup or agency environment
• Ability to work US hours (PT overlap preferred)

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Clay (non-negotiable)
• Hands-on experience using Claude for outbound, personalization and workflow automation (non-negotiable)
• Nice to have: experience building AI-powered outbound workflows at scale, CRM and attribution knowledge, exposure to CRO-led revenue strategies
