GTM Engineer, AI & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build the AI and automation that make ClickHouse's go‑to‑market motion faster, smarter, and more scalable. This builder role designs, builds, and ships systems that remove manual work and turn usage and customer signals into actionable intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI‑driven automation across prospecting, lead routing, outbound follow‑up, deal support, and expansion signals.
• Develop reliable agents and workflows that offload repetitive tasks from Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing.
• Instrument the customer lifecycle by connecting GTM systems and telemetry so signals trigger automated actions.
• Partner with field teams to identify high‑value AI opportunities and turn them into usable systems.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: design, deploy, measure impact, monitor, and continuously improve.
• Set standards and guardrails for AI in GTM, including data quality, prompt discipline, human review, and safety controls.

Required profile

• 5+ years building automation and tooling in GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering, with production‑grade systems.
• Hands‑on experience with the GTM stack: Salesforce, Gong/Gong Engage, Vercel, Clay, n8n, enrichment providers, Postgres and ClickHouse.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s a plus).
• Owner‑operator mindset: you build, run, fix, and iterate on your systems.
• Judgment to balance automation with human oversight and risk.
