Growth Marketing Specialist (B2B)

About the role

Charly is a digital agency that creates web, brand, UX/UI, ecommerce and product experiences for US clients. We are looking for a high‑performing B2B growth generalist who will take ownership of experiments, campaigns and website optimisation to attract the right clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse growth experiments across multiple channels and funnel stages.
• Manage cold‑email, LinkedIn, organic and paid campaigns, optimising against clear KPIs.
• Own CRO for the agency site and client‑facing work, identifying friction points and testing fixes.
• Improve the Charly website through SEO, GEO, landing‑page creation and portfolio updates.
• Write blog content and oversee SEO/GEO specialists and tooling.
• Brief and review the Google Ads contractor, adjusting landing pages and campaigns as needed.
• Set up and maintain marketing infrastructure: website CRM, cold‑email systems, alerts and automation.
• Conduct prospect research, evaluate target companies and build outreach examples.
• Implement AI agents and tooling into daily workflows and keep dashboards up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B growth or marketing experience, preferably in an agency or creative‑services environment.
• Hands‑on, tactical mindset – you execute campaigns, CRO, copy and analytics yourself.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and switch contexts quickly.
• Data‑driven: comfortable pulling, reading and visualising data.
