Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a growth‑marketing leader to build the acquisition engine for Sapiom, a category‑defining infrastructure platform for AI agents. You will own the end‑to‑end funnel, from first impression to activated user, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to shape how the company is perceived in the developer community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns (paid, organic, community) that deliver qualified pipeline and measurable activation.
• Define and execute the content and SEO strategy, producing technical and thought‑leadership pieces that earn distribution and establish Sapiom as an authority.
• Build and nurture Sapiom’s presence in developer and AI/ML communities through forums, events, Discord, and co‑marketing.
• Partner with product and engineering to turn launches and milestones into growth moments, owning go‑to‑market execution for new features.
• Establish metrics and reporting infrastructure to track acquisition, activation, and retention, and hold the function accountable.

Required profile

• Proven track record growing developer‑facing or API‑first products, understanding how technical buyers discover and adopt infrastructure tools.
• Hands‑on experience running demand‑gen and paid acquisition programs with direct ownership of strategy, spend, and iteration.
• Strong content and SEO instincts, able to build editorial calendars and create compelling technical content.
• Experience building community or developer presence via events, Discord, social, or ecosystem co‑marketing.
• Early‑stage startup experience, comfortable defining and executing a function without established systems.
• Background in fintech, payments, or developer tools providing context for Sapiom’s infrastructure layer.
