Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing professional to build our growth engine from the ground up. You will own the full funnel—from cold‑email outreach and paid acquisition to content, SEO and events—treating every channel as a scientific experiment and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run hypothesis‑driven experiments across acquisition channels, set and track KPIs, and iterate based on data.
• Own and scale cold‑email programs, managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming) and sender reputation.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google platforms.
• Produce high‑velocity content (blogs, emails, LinkedIn posts, case studies) and distribute it via organic social, newsletters and lightweight paid media.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy, including topic research, on‑page optimisation and internal linking.
• Manage marketing partnerships and organise online/offline events that drive qualified turnout.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience across multiple growth and marketing disciplines and a willingness to work in any of them.
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable building funnels, running A/B tests and focusing on real metrics over vanity numbers.
• Entrepreneurial attitude: prefers building new processes to maintaining existing ones and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to translate product and recruiting insights into actionable campaigns.

Required skills
