Growth Lead

About the role

Comity is seeking a Growth Lead to scale its commercial presence in the utility‑scale renewable energy market. You will design growth strategies, execute them, and partner closely with founders, product, strategy, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale go‑to‑market motions, identifying efficient growth paths across segments, channels, and counterparties.
• Build and develop partnerships, referral networks, and origination channels to make commercial reach repeatable and scalable.
• Actively sell: attend conferences, make calls, meet prospects, own a portion of the pipeline and drive prospects forward.
• Provide market intelligence, surfacing what resonates and translating insights into actionable product, messaging, and targeting feedback.
• Shape origination technology systems by using the tools, collaborating with engineering, and translating commercial realities into scalable, AI‑powered workflows.
• Serve as a key early member of the commercial team, gaining direct exposure to founders on growth strategy, sales, and product direction.
