Growth Director (Regional Majors)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Growth Director to lead regional agency and brand partnerships in the Atlanta market. You will drive cross‑platform media solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and expand existing relationships with regional agencies and brands, leveraging your network and creating new strategic partnerships.
• Provide consultative sales across CTV, video, display, audio, retail media and other digital channels, positioning AI Digital as a strategic partner.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, prospect priority accounts and build a robust pipeline of mid‑market advertisers and agencies.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and long‑term account growth, collaborating with Planning, Client Services and Operations.
• Represent AI Digital at local, regional and industry events to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business.

Required profile

• 5+ years of media sales experience with a proven track record selling advertising solutions to agencies and brands.
• Established book of business managing approximately $3M+ in annual advertising revenue.
• Full‑funnel media expertise, able to sell integrated solutions that include CTV and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling skills, comfortable leading strategic client conversations.
• Business‑development mindset with a history of exceeding revenue goals.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities, with executive presence.
