Growth Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth & Product Marketing, you will own and scale Welldoc’s end‑to‑end content engine for corporate, B2B and B2C audiences. The role blends creative storytelling with data‑driven growth tactics to produce high‑impact long‑form assets and short‑form social campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, write and produce long‑form B2B growth collateral such as case studies, white papers, ROI briefs, e‑books and website copy.
• Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms, creating posts, carousels, videos and reels.
• Manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google Display, optimizing for awareness, lead generation, CPL and ROAS.
• Track and evaluate performance of all content initiatives using HubSpot, Google Analytics and Salesforce, translating data into actionable ROI insights.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Clinical and Regulatory teams to ensure content meets clinical rigor, FDA compliance and technical accuracy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of growth content marketing, B2B copywriting or social media management within healthcare, digital health or health‑tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
