About the role
Saviynt is seeking a Group Vice President, Field Sales to lead its sales strategy across the Americas. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this executive will shape regional growth, drive operational excellence, and represent the company at key industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and empower Regional VPs, Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives.
- Engage directly with strategic customers and executive stakeholders to secure major deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Partners, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance for alignment.
- Utilize analytics to forecast, assess performance, and adjust tactics.
- Optimize pipeline management, resource planning, and territory allocation.
- Represent Saviynt at industry events, executive forums, and partner engagements.
- Mentor future leadership talent and drive succession planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive enterprise software sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading large, multi‑region teams in high‑growth SaaS environments.
