Retail Management Candidate Program – New Graduate

About the role

The UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) Program prepares recent graduates to become effective store managers. Over a twelve‑month training period you will work in a U.S. store, learning to lead a team, drive sales, and manage all aspects of store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, mid‑day, and closing procedures.
• Manage sales and inventory planning, visual merchandising, and profit‑and‑loss performance.
• Lead and develop store staff, handling hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual standards.
• Support point‑of‑sale and customer service functions to maintain high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Availability to start in April 2026 or July 2026.
• Willingness to be placed in one of the listed U.S. locations (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, Houston).

• Salary range $72,000‑$76,000 per year.
