Group Manager – Client Services (Media & Entertainment)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Group Manager – Client Services to lead its Media & Entertainment portfolio in Bridgewater, NJ. The role focuses on driving strategic account growth, managing executive client relationships, and pursuing large‑deal opportunities across a $100M+ portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end opportunity management cycle – prospect, evaluate, propose, and close deals.
• Lead large transformational pursuits, contract negotiations and executive‑level client engagements.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting and practice leaders to ensure successful execution and value realization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, including stakeholder mapping, pricing, competitive positioning and risk management.
• Identify and expand Infosys’ footprint across services, technology domains and business units.
• Support proposal preparation, account planning and escalation handling as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships and business development for accounts exceeding $100M.
• Strong track record of leading complex, high‑value sales cycles and transformational projects.
• Ability to influence senior executives and build internal consensus.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
