About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the physical appearance and cleanliness of the Pringle Square community in Charlotte, NC. This part‑time role supports the service team by ensuring the grounds, common areas, and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep all common areas and amenities neat.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or designated storage areas, and keep storage areas clean.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests related to grounds and common‑area upkeep.
Required profile
- Available Monday‑Friday, not exceeding 20 hours per week.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and operating basic cleaning equipment.
- Reliability and attention to detail in maintaining community standards.
