Groundskeeper – The Lofts at Ten Mile

About the role

The Lofts at Ten Mile is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s outdoor spaces and ensure a welcoming appearance for residents and visitors. This full‑time position supports the service team and contributes to the overall curb appeal of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change all locks in accordance with property policy and perform other routine maintenance tasks as needed.
