About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter will keep the Yardly Laveen Spectrum community looking its best by maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities. This onsite position supports the service team and ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
- Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover activities.
- Change locks in accordance with property policies and procedures.
