Groundskeeper – Ensley

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of its Ensley community. The role involves daily inspections, litter removal, and support for the service team to ensure the property’s curb appeal and amenities meet Greystar standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect common areas throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep amenities tidy.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify pool gate functionality and safety compliance.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions and address maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and respond to on‑call situations.
