Leasing Professional – Residential Leasing Support

About the role

Greystar is seeking a detail‑oriented Leasing Professional to support the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities of its Ensley community. You will ensure lease files are complete, accurate, and audit‑ready while providing essential administrative assistance to leasing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare resident lease files by coordinating move‑in dates, rent rates, and lease terms, and assembling all required documentation.
• Assist leasing professionals with scheduling lease signings, creating move‑in packages, and attending signing meetings to complete paperwork.
• Maintain organized, secure resident lease records, updating files with transactions and communications.
• Support marketing efforts by preparing brochures, community information, and renewal packages for prospects and existing residents.
• Enter lease‑related data into Greystar’s property management system (Yardi/OneSite), including resident details, lease terms, rates, and concessions.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and leasing staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management software.
