Groundskeeper – Brewery Site Maintenance

About the role

As a Groundskeeper at our brewery in Fort Collins, you will maintain the appearance, safety, and operational readiness of the plant’s outdoor areas. The role involves caring for landscaped zones, irrigation systems, and seasonal tasks such as snow removal, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain landscape equipment including ride‑on mowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers, UTVs and skid steers.
• Manage irrigation pumps, repair pipelines, and adjust or replace sprinkler heads.
• Mix and apply pesticides to control weeds and grasses in accordance with safety regulations.
• Perform snow removal using hand shovels and powered equipment.
• Conduct routine cleaning of trash, equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all outdoor equipment and conduct monthly inspections.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a pesticide applicator license and a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if needed.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist and lift up to 50 lb repeatedly.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
