About the role
The Groundskeeper ensures the community’s outdoor areas, amenities, and overall curb appeal are consistently maintained. This full‑time position supports the service team by keeping common spaces clean, handling trash removal, and assisting with make‑ready processes.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
- Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure gates operate correctly.
Required profile
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and follow property policies.
