GRC Business Analyst – Financial Services (Jersey City)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a GRC Business Analyst to join its Financial Services unit in Jersey City. You will work on digital transformation projects for banks, wealth managers and insurers, helping clients optimise processes, manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes to identify optimisation opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to align solution performance with domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customisations, draft SOPs and design workflows that meet functional requirements.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address issues during setup and integration, and support post‑implementation stability.

• Strong analytical and coordination abilities with a focus on process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience creating detailed process maps and technical documentation.
