Graphic Designer – Web & Visual Design

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team under supervision. The role involves creating and converting designs into web layouts, collateral materials, brand identities and presentations, while leading visual design for our website and advertising projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product and visual design for website, advertising and other initiatives.
• Develop interfaces from concept through sketches, high‑fidelity mock‑ups and code‑ready deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager to produce marketing assets and shape brand direction.
• Work closely with the Development team and internal stakeholders to add new features and refine existing ones in the core product.
• Apply design techniques to improve conversion rates and reduce support costs.
• Manage and streamline documentation for customers, employees and third‑party vendors, aiming to minimise documentation through effective design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or a high‑school diploma/GED with at least four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of four years of professional design experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, coordinate eye/hand/foot movements, and work in a standard office environment.
