Graphic Designer – Remote (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Cr3ativeGrowth, a Miami‑based creative agency, is seeking a bilingual Graphic Designer to create brand identities, social media content, ads, decks and web layouts for a diverse client portfolio. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning strategy into high‑impact visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and animated social media posts, carousels, stories and ad creatives for multiple brands.
• Develop and extend brand identities, including logos, color systems, typography and brand guidelines.
• Create landing pages and web layouts in Figma ready for developer handoff.
• Produce pitch decks, presentations and marketing collateral for clients and internal use.
• Interpret briefs from social media managers, copywriters and account managers, asking clarifying questions when needed.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver organized, production‑ready files.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience, preferably agency or freelance.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, hierarchy and color.
• Detail‑oriented with reliable internet connection and capable hardware.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Basic motion‑design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, CapCut) – nice to have.
