Graphic Designer – Luxury Beauty Brand

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our fast‑growing luxury beauty brand, The Kacey Welch Method. In this full‑time, hybrid position you will bring our brand to life across digital and print touchpoints, supporting marketing, social media, influencer, and education teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design assets for social media, email marketing, sales materials, website, paid advertising, and SMS campaigns.
• Create launch‑campaign creative for new products and promotions.
• Design print collateral such as brochures, event signage, inserts, and salon marketing materials.
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, influencer, and education teams.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital use.
• Edit and retouch product and lifestyle imagery as needed.
• Stay current on beauty, luxury, and design trends.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for digital marketing and social media.
• Strong typography, layout, and color skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing strong branding and marketing work.
