Graphic Designer – Full‑time, Mission‑Driven Role

About the role

Educational Alliance is seeking a highly creative, mission‑driven Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of its programs and communications. Working within a small, collaborative Marketing & Communications team, you will produce high‑quality print and digital materials that support the agency’s diverse community services.

Key responsibilities

• Design print and digital collateral for programs, events, and fundraising initiatives.
• Create and maintain lobby slides, wayfinding graphics, and special‑event slide shows across agency centers.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously using the department’s project‑management system.
• Ensure all materials meet brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and legibility requirements.
• Support brand evolution by developing templates and visual assets for new programs.

• Strong creative eye with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating across departments.
