Graphic Designer – Cosmetics

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer specialized in cosmetics to create compelling visual designs that reinforce brand identity across advertising, packaging, merchandising, print and digital channels. The role is based in New York and operates on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and high‑quality visual designs aligned with brand standards and marketing goals.
• Design advertising campaigns, product packaging, retail merchandising materials, print collateral, digital assets and brand communications.
• Produce production‑ready artwork while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand management and production teams to drive projects from concept through final delivery.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Review and proof creative materials to guarantee design accuracy, quality and production readiness.
• Maintain meticulous attention to typography, colour, layout and overall visual aesthetics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience in the beauty, fragrance or fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in print, digital, packaging and branding projects.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle several projects and priorities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering polished, brand‑consistent work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
