About the role
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in New York. The role involves leading product design activities from discovery through to developer handoff and user acceptance testing. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in every step of the product design cycle, including discovery, prototyping, handoff, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain design quality and ensure that final code accurately reflects design specifications.
- Estimate design tickets during planning sessions and contribute to sketching workshops with non‑designers.
- Create and maintain UI deliverables such as sketch files, style guides, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Drive data‑led design decisions by identifying assumptions and planning moderated usability tests.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
