Graphic Designer – Brand & Packaging Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Designer will translate our brand vision into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, packaging and retail touchpoints. Working onsite in our New York office, the role reports directly to the CEO/Co‑founder and partners with marketing, product, operations and leadership teams to deliver high‑impact design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for digital channels (email, website, social, paid media) and print materials (packaging, signage, event collateral).
• Lead packaging and label design from concept through production, managing revisions and vendor approvals.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives, contributing to mood boards and visual identity exploration.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, product development and leadership to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, track timelines, and proactively address risks and bottlenecks.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and stay current on design, fashion and cultural trends.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, retail or agency environments.
• Demonstrated experience with packaging and label design.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
• Strong attention to brand guidelines and detail.
