About the role

The 33rd Team is looking for a part‑time, remote Graphic Design Associate to support its media agency. You will create high‑impact graphics, branding assets, and YouTube thumbnails for football‑focused content and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Create on‑screen visuals and assets for digital content.
• Produce engaging YouTube thumbnails and podcast artwork optimized for click‑through rates.
• Support branding initiatives by developing layout systems, visual identity elements, and templates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative work quickly and maintain brand consistency.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital media (freelance or in‑house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, clean, and engaging design work.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced, part‑time environment.
• Nice to have: experience in sports media or football‑related content.
