Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Technology Recruitment

About the role

Acceler8 Talent is seeking an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join its Boston team. You will work alongside experienced Business Development Consultants to source, engage, and manage top technology talent for clients operating in cutting‑edge fields such as AI, machine learning, hardware acceleration, silicon photonics, and quantum computing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑calibre candidates across specialist technology markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from initial interview to final offer.
• Collaborate with Business Development Consultants to understand client needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Contribute to the achievement of revenue targets through successful placements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in technology recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about emerging technology sectors and recruitment best practices.
