Graduate Project Management Coordinator – 2‑Year Development Program

About the role

Join Airbus as a Graduate Project Management Coordinator and embark on a two‑year development journey starting June 2027. You will rotate through strategic projects across HR, finance, IT and operations, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support PMI HRBP/HR Digital initiatives, including data migration, HRIS integration, employee data cleaning and compliance with state regulations.
• Assist finance teams with quarterly reporting, budgeting and operating expenditure tracking.
• Contribute to PMI leadership projects by preparing briefing decks, governance tracking and headcount reporting across merged entities.
• Help IT/Operations/Facilities teams with ERP system integration, change management and coordination of IT requirements for facilities.
• Learn and use tools such as SAP, Gsuite and Skywise while developing project management, data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, IT/Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain or International Business.
• Recent graduate or first‑professional experience in one of the above fields.
• Based in Herndon, VA and able to travel for short‑term assignments.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
