About the role

Join Airbus as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer in the 2027 Global Graduate Programme. You will develop technical and leadership skills while contributing to sustainable aerospace manufacturing. The two‑year program combines on‑the‑job experience with structured training.

Key responsibilities

• Project work supporting process improvements in the Manufacturing Engineering ecosystem.
• Daily ME operations, including work order management, implementation of process improvements to address non‑conformities, and shop‑floor engineering support to operations and quality.
• Gain proficiency in Airbus manufacturing engineering computer systems such as document control systems, SAP Manufacturing Execution System, Zamiz, and others.
• Participate in rotational placements across manufacturing, quality, or adjacent departments to broaden expertise.

Required profile

• A degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or a related engineering field.
• 0‑3 years of experience or recent graduate.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
