About the role

Join Airbus on a two‑year Global Graduate Programme as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer. You will rotate through manufacturing engineering functions, contribute to process improvements, and provide hands‑on shop‑floor support while developing technical and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

Support process improvement projects within the Manufacturing Engineering ecosystem.
Manage daily ME operations, including work order management and implementation of improvements to address non‑conformities.
Provide shop‑floor engineering support to operations and quality teams.
Gain proficiency in Airbus manufacturing engineering computer systems such as SAP Manufacturing Execution System, document control tools and Zamiz.

Required profile

Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).
0‑3 years of experience or recent graduation.
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Zamiz software.
Document control systems.
