Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program

About the role

Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is a two‑year rotational pipeline designed to develop future leaders for AB InBev’s iconic brands. Participants will rotate through front‑line sales, supply chain, brewing operations and other functional areas, gaining hands‑on experience across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in front‑line Sales, Supply (Brewery Operations) and other business units based on company needs.
• Take ownership of projects, collaborate across teams, and solve problems quickly in fast‑paced environments.
• Work in diverse settings such as field offices, breweries, and supply chain hubs throughout the United States.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree, willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
• Strong desire to build a multi‑functional career and become a future leader.
• Excellent communication in English and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
