Graduate Development Program – AI & Analytics Associate

About the role

Philips is looking for motivated graduates to join its Graduate Development Program (GDP) in AI & Data. The two‑year program consists of two one‑year rotations in Services & Solutions Delivery and Commercial Operations, giving exposure to enterprise analytics, digital transformation and AI‑driven healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and apply Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT to solve business problems, including prompt engineering, fine‑tuning and output evaluation.
• Use Copilot Studio to build, test and deploy AI‑powered assistants that improve productivity and insight generation.
• Develop and optimise Python‑based workflows for AI‑driven data analysis, automation and business intelligence.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where generative AI and advanced analytics can accelerate marketing, sales and operations.
• Mine internal and external data sources to train, test and validate AI models while ensuring data integrity, security and compliance.
• Translate complex AI and data findings into clear, actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Create dashboards, visualisations and prototypes (Power BI or custom tools) to showcase AI‑enhanced recommendations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or AI/ML.
• Skilled in Python (or R) with knowledge of machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP or generative‑AI applications, especially ChatGPT and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with prompt engineering to improve LLM performance (strongly preferred).
• Experience using modern BI tools, preferably Power BI, to communicate data‑driven insights.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
