About the role
This Graduate Assistant position supports research activities within the Health & Human Performance department at East Texas A&M University. The role assists faculty with various research tasks and contributes to the preparation of scholarly outputs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for the completion of research projects within the department.
- Assist full‑time faculty with literature reviews, data entry, and data compilation.
- Help prepare presentations for national conferences and attend research presentations as required.
- Assist faculty in developing manuscripts for submission to research journals.
- Support electronic or mail submission of research articles.
- Contribute to research grant proposal development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass a criminal history investigation.
