About the role
The Go‑to‑Market Enablement Team Lead drives successful product launches and equips GTM teams with the knowledge, tools, and messaging needed to sell new offerings. Reporting to senior leadership, this role partners with Product, Marketing, and Sales to design and execute launch strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue impact.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for new product launches, including timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Develop launch frameworks that define positioning, messaging, and enablement requirements.
- Create high‑impact enablement assets such as launch kits, playbooks, and presentations.
- Design and deliver training programs and certification processes for GTM teams.
- Define and track KPIs (adoption, pipeline impact, certification completion) and use data‑driven insights to refine future strategies.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or technology.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- Proven track record of successful GTM implementations and measurable growth.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
- Strong collaboration experience with product teams on enhancements and process optimization.
