Global Supply Planner

About the role

The Global Supply Planner will join 3M’s worldwide supply chain team to ensure seamless planning of semi‑finished and finished goods. You will work across multiple value streams, collaborating with diverse colleagues to maintain supply continuity and support new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for global planning of semi‑finished and finished goods across multiple value streams.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions to ensure supply continuity for customers.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Operations and EMSD business to optimise service, inventory and cost.
• Lead process‑improvement projects supporting EMSD planning objectives.
• Coordinate supply through subcontractors and 3M plants and support new product introductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of supply‑chain planning experience; seven years preferred.
• Experience in demand, supply and production planning roles.
• Proven ability to work on cross‑functional and international teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3M Planning Systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 applications.
