Global Product Strategy & Management Director – Automotive Electronics

About the role

Lead the global portfolio strategy for Automotive Electronics Solutions, shaping the future of vehicle electrical and electronic architectures, software‑defined vehicles, connectivity, electrification and thermal management.

Key responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of the global portfolio strategy for Automotive Electronics Solutions, covering E/E architectures, software‑defined vehicles, connectivity, electrification and thermal management.
• Implements investment, innovation and commercialization plans to accelerate new product introductions and expand specification positions with global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Defines strategic priorities through market intelligence, competitive analysis and technology trend assessment to identify growth opportunities.
• Builds and maintains executive‑level relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and industry stakeholders to influence specifications and unlock new markets.
• Coordinates cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain—to ensure successful product launches and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) completed prior to start.
• At least 10 years of experience in automotive electronics, electrical architecture or related automotive technologies.
• Minimum 5 years leading global or regional teams and influencing cross‑functional organizations.
• 5 years developing and executing portfolio growth strategies and new‑product commercialization plans.
